The crisis once affects everyone, it is a global thing that cannot be avoided even at the cost of the best planning. But what can we do if the crash hits?
First, it is worth defining what the crisis means. According to its official wording, a crisis is a tense, painful state that causes feelings of threat, hopelessness and loss, it also involves a change in positive and negative directions, it is a turning point for the individual, which further burdens his problem-solving capacity, causing a feeling of inadequacy.
However, it is a crisis for everyone else. As people have different levels of stress and stress, some types, even minor crises, start an avalanche.
The crisis really draws attention to two things: the need to change something and the hidden “mistakes” we have made against ourselves or our environment.
Like everything, the crisis has several stages. The first stage is the stage of the signs, which, if it has happened often, could be remedied by a little action, but this is often missed. This is followed by the acute phase, in which the crisis rages, and then the crisis point is reached, where trouble peaks. After that, there are three options left, either we successfully solve the problem or we crack, and according to the third version, the problem becomes permanent at a certain level. Although this chronic condition also disappears after a while, it does not matter what outcome it ends with.
During the crisis, however, we are also exploring ourselves, and we see things from a completely different perspective that we have not even thought about so far. The word crisis has a fundamentally negative content, but we must not forget that we can learn from all crises, draw conclusions and correct them.
Strange as it may seem, it is sometimes an opportunity and can even be useful, as you can start all over again.
