No matter how good a person's workplace, their workplace community and how much they like the tasks assigned to them, it can be difficult to recover from even a great vacation.
Do you still have the feeling (or does it only come later) when, after organizing the vacation, you finally get to the date when you can really enjoy the vacation and the relaxation? Did the organization itself fill you with joy and did the preparation only strengthen the good feeling in you? If the trip itself, the place, everything went as well as you could not have dreamed, then the preparation again, the departure home would not only fill you with joy, but do you have heartache?
Many people have already experienced this feeling, and it is certainly not the best feeling to return to everyday life. And if this is compounded by a hated job, work environment, or bad boss, of course we'll be looking back on the vacation days.
Well, of course we already know during the organization that the absence will not last forever, but when you have to go home from a great place, it tears the heart and soul.
There are employees who try to make their return to work easier - regardless of how great or not the vacation was - by giving themselves more than average on the work front in the days and weeks before the vacation, so that when they return, they will be pleasantly disappointed and have less work to do. part of it.
Getting back to work as easy as possible can help if we try to stay in the present. It's fine to give an experience report to the colleagues, but it's time to actually work, but let's not struggle with how we feel about work and how we feel about vacation. In fact, it is worth clarifying it ourselves. If you long for vacation time and hate work, don't try to fight them. This is because we take a lot of energy from ourselves.
At the same time, it is worth making ourselves aware that our thoughts are not necessarily our present, as they can often lead us into the past. Instead of projecting to ourselves that we hate our job and have a lot of things to do, let's try to let it go. Let's focus on the present task and its completion. Let's set achievable goals so that the implementation is certain and the feeling of success can be achieved, the work can be completed. With this, we can give ourselves new strength and motivation.
