We control our own destiny. Somewhat. There are some points on which we have almost no influence, but on the contrary, they can greatly affect our lives. Such is the economic situation that has developed now, due to the perceived or real reasons for the war situation.
Everyone can feel the extra burden the current financial situation places on our wallets, both domestically and in Europe. Not to mention that there can also be big and not at all positive events in individual life journeys. Whatever happens to us or around us, life goes on. And if it's going, then let it go as best as possible. But how can we climb out of the pit if we can't even see its edge?
One would immediately say that we should do everything in order to turn our fate for the better. This is very good advice if we are not expecting a solution from someone else and we have influence over it. And if there isn't?
Even in the most difficult times, there are activities that bring joy. Sometimes it is enough just to be in nature, move, read, live for our hobbies. At the same time, the most strength comes from being with people who make you feel good. Family members and friends play an important role. Good company doesn't necessarily offer a solution to our problems either, but at least we feel good with them, we can share our thoughts with them.
We can get so immersed in our problems that we don't even notice that nature itself acts as a cure. Problems cannot be solved by themselves and by nature, but the fresh air, the company of trees and plants give a serious plus. It should be prescribed.
Good company is not only about people. For those who live alone and have hit rock bottom, a lovely pet can be at least as much spiritual support.
Many people already know the secret that sport offers. Movement is a great distraction from the current problem. It won't solve it either, but it's great for stress relief and even maintains health.
If we are able to learn even in the middle of problems, if we embark on something new, it can also pull us out of mental hell. It diverts attention and serves development. At the same time, reading an interesting and exciting book also takes our mind out of the state that is dragging us down.
