We control our lives, but so many things can affect us. We often feel that we experience all the difficulties that exist. Get over the problems!
Nobody says life is easy. In today's world it is particularly difficult, although everything is only a matter of comparison. Today, there are so many things that help us to be happy and to heal in case of illness. Yet there are things we cannot control. So is the change of seasons.
Even if you are tired of the long summer heat wave, maybe you are afraid of autumn and winter. Perhaps you already know yourself so well that you know about yourself: you have a hard time bearing the dark, the cold, the rain, and these together leave their mark on your mood.
If you find yourself facing this every autumn, know that you are not alone. Just as there is spring fatigue, you can also feel something you don't want in autumn. Fatigue, mood swings, irritability.
We don't feel it yet, but as the shortening of the days becomes more and more noticeable, the darkness is coming. It's like it crawls into our souls. What can help a lot is movement. What's more, it's best if the movement takes place outdoors in the first place. The general bad mood also disappears if we just take a walk in the area, but if we feel that everything is only pulling us back, then go to nature. Even the rain-soaked, dark landscape has its own beauty, you just have to look for it.
If you are not very bright mentally, it can also affect your health. Avoid diseases by preparing your body to defend itself. Even this should pull me back! Eat as healthy foods as possible. Maybe all this can even result in some weight loss, and it can also be a source of joy for you.
Surround yourself with objects that cheer you up. They bring joy just by their existence and when you look at them, it gives you a good feeling. Do the same with people. Surround yourself with people whose company you enjoy. Those who do not push further into the depths during this period, but try to bring it to the surface.
You can't expect all your help from the outside world. If you don't want to sink into depression, you have to do it too. In addition, think about answering questions such as "What do I desire?", "What do I want to achieve in the near future?". If you have the question, then answer these questions for yourself. If you have the answer, then you just have to go. If you don't know how to get started, visit people from whom you can gather important information, advice, and inspiration. Even a conversation can be enough to give you strength and enlightenment.
