Stress. It is part of our lives if we want to or not. We cannot get rid of it permanently, so it is necessary to drive away or adapt.
We consider stress to be entirely from the devil, the ruin of our lives, its long-term presence is the cause of physical illness. We try to avoid it. However, since this is impossible, we tend to develop strategies that we cannot effectively get rid of. Let's approach stress a little differently to see if we can find something good in it:
Physical strengthening
Stress hormone can be both effective and positive for the body if its levels are low. Believe it or not, it is the stress that causes the body to fight infections and make the immune system more effective.
Spiritual strengthening
What does not kill you, makes you stronger. The saying goes that way, and we've written before about strengthening the body, but that's exactly what happens to the soul. Tough situations strengthen a person. It shows how much we are able to survive, solve. Its character-forming, teaching effect leaves no doubt.
Developer
Now we are not thinking about the development of our character, but about physical development. Ideally, pregnant women can reduce the stressors in their lives to a minimum so that the fetuses that develop in them can develop to the right extent and at rest. This is true for persistent stress, but minimal stress is inevitable. Research has shown that mild stress is almost part of our lives, but that’s not so much a problem because fetuses growing in the tummy develop better than no tension on the mothers.
Brain capacity
Stress is seen as just bad, even though we can perform particularly well in a stressful situation because this condition increases the performance of the brain. It even improves memory.
