Those who get the gold early. That's what the saying goes. Those who hate early would surely add to the idea that those who get up early will be tired and tired all day.
There is something reassuring at dawn. There's magic. Of course, only if we live it. If we have to wake up very early because of the start of work, it may be harder to see this beauty, especially if it has to be this morning. It gives another dawn again if you have to wake up early because you are going somewhere and you have to get up on time. Well, it is exciting and longing for you, but getting started early is a must.
Not everyone wakes up early because the situation requires it. There are those who specifically like what the dawn offers. In this case, silence and tranquility are at home. Only the noise of the coffee being cooked breaks the penetrating silence. The pleasant scent, the long-lasting bitter taste, the warm robe, or the quiet conversation with an early-awakening member of the family almost fill up. While for others, the morning awakening is hell itself, the torment, hardly any power and life, others awaken with energy, even if they could even relax. But they don't do it, not because they are not only full of energy and plans for the day, but they consider the time spent in bed in addition to the evening regeneration. They are the ones who have so much energy and have to handle so much that they are actively involved in the activities early in the morning. This does not mean that the day starts with 100% intensity. They may start a little slower, but they swell soon. Preparing for breakfast gives them the energy they need to get into the sun. They are people who are seen by people for whom every morning is equal to torture, despite more sleep.
According to a research, those who wake up easily, even at dawn, will be less prone to depression. If you wake up at dawn, it may be easier to get into a heavier day because you have time to acclimatize. You can prepare yourself spiritually and even physically for the day. Those who wake up early can also have more light. The amount of light can be associated with depression. Lack of light can make it more susceptible to mood disorders.
Of course, one deserves more rest, and if it is possible, then it is time to devote ourselves, the longer rest, but those who later rise in general are more often depressed. In fact, another study found that professionals who wake up early in the morning are less likely to develop breast cancer. Sleeping 7-8 hours would be necessary in every person's life, but the woman who sleeps more regularly will be more likely to have breast cancer. Of course, the cause of breast cancer, mainly affecting women, can be genetic, lifestyle and environmental.
