Sometimes our energy levels decrease, we do not find the way out for a temporary period, but there must always be something that motivates what is the solution to the problem.
The feeling of helplessness is such a pain that we want to get rid of it clearly. For a long time we do not want to exist in this state because it makes you sick, sick. However, the state of helplessness can be so long in our life that we fall into the position we are in. That is, after a while we learn to accept what is right. This is called learned inertia. This, of course, means that we do not strive for a breakout at all, rather than settling down. It only reinforces the learned inertia if we do not succeed in solving our problems. Then why invest in any energy? That's it, I don't go!
In the state of learned helplessness, we are convinced that there is not so much power in us, nor so many opportunities to solve the situation well. We rely on external help, but we may not be able to find those who could actually help. Inertia gets lost in our lives, continuing our journey. If you fail to jump over the obstacles, then we get stuck, which can make you tense and depressed.
If we look around ourselves, we can find people around us who should have collapsed because of the bad and the loss. Nonetheless, you will always find some motivation that will take you forward and your optimism will help you not to give up the fight.
So it doesn't matter where we attribute the problems. If we always believe that it is from us, we confirm in ourselves that whatever we do is bankruptcy, that is, we learn the learned inertia later. We don't even start doing nothing, we become depressed.
However, those who live in a family as abusers do not leave that negative environment, just the inertia they are learning. It can work even in the workplace. She feels she is in the wrong place, suffers from work, besides her colleagues, she hasn't.
