Accepting our body depends not only on shaping our physical characteristics. It is much more of an inner path. If we love ourselves, we allow others to love us.
The outer rail is just the appearance. It feels good to hide our bodies in beautiful clothes and provide an even better and more authentic look when we experience our external condition similarly internally. We can be fashionably and elegantly dressed if our consciousness is overwhelmed by a lack of self-love. Surely everyone could already feel that while others judged her to be pretty, beautiful, she was in the very stage of being dissatisfied with her appearance.
This also shows that we do not always see and see what we see in us as we see in the mirror. Is it that we are so different from the people around us and our own opinions that we wonder who sees it realistically?
If you hate yourself, you don’t see the truth
Our birth endowments and lifestyle can also greatly influence what kind of physique we have. There is something we can improve, modify and even rely on beauty products or plastic surgeons to change in a positive direction. This can easily include the chance that we are not moving in the right direction, shaping, shaping ourselves. However, if you are never satisfied with yourself, you will not even find the beauty within you. Even if you could see for yourself. In this case, however, the question arises. If you don’t see yourself as beautiful either, do you at least believe in someone else? Can't you believe that there is someone who sees the beautiful in you?
Other times we see it differently
Take out your photos just 5 years ago or you can even look at photos taken 10-20 years ago. What do you notice? We can smile at the fashion and hairstyle of that time, but even so, we may have a positive opinion of ourselves. We can recognize how much we have changed in appearances since then. We may think we have looked much better in the past, but the reverse is not uncommon either. We are getting older. Not only mentally, but also physically. Stepping out of being an “ugly duckling” we can become a really beautiful woman, a right man.
Self-assessment
They can still look beautiful if we are not reconciled to ourselves. However, it is worth correcting our self-esteem, doing so in order to feel comfortable in our own skin. We have been given this body and spirit, we need to take care of it and get the best out of it.
