Smart devices, modern technical possibilities make our life much easier, but at the same time we can comfortably. What used to be a natural element in our lives has now been transformed or even ceased.
It is quite clear that if we want to transfer money or buy something, we will get our smart phone for the easiest and fastest solution. What we have only been able to do personally in the past is that we can do it by entering a few codes over the Internet over the phone.
As they say, someone who is not on a community site does not exist. So most of us are active participants in social media. But this does not mean that we would be happier, richer than others. So much data is surrounded every day, we get new information, but not even when we don't want to. The photos, videos, and thoughts of others even reach us when we are not interested in them at all. Because social media is just that. Sometimes there are too many, however, most of us roll them several times a day. We are not curious about the lives of others, and sometimes it is very annoying that we know too much. Then why do we look so much? Are we afraid we will miss something? Or are we afraid that if we don't scroll through the social networking sites, will we be less glaring?
However, it may be our natural desire not to have to look into the lives of hundreds of people who are familiar with social networking sites as deep as our most immediate family members. There is a lot of information that is too much, unnecessary, uninteresting, boring, pathetic. The other side, however, is that no one keeps the knife on our neck to look at what happens every 10 minutes. It is up to everyone to make a profile on social networking sites or not. The presence of a profile does not mean you have to flip through, you have to post.
If there is too much information that social networking sites are stumbling upon, it is up to us to put the phone aside and deal with it. Surely there is life beyond the smartphone.
Using consciously reduced smartphones and social media can make people more relaxed and happy because you can discover other values besides the gadget. So we can better look at our family, our friends, our hobbies. We can even go back to ourselves. We put ourselves in less stress if we do not spend our time burying the phone. Perhaps we see ourselves more realistically when we find ourselves in the midst of a dream-like life with men and women who share a dream-like life in social media.
There is a feature on modern devices that, by timing, reduce the amount of blue that keeps awake. Changing your phone's display may help reduce night-time overheating, but you might want to read it instead. The quality of night-time sleep can be greatly influenced by previous telephone calls.
Have you ever got too much unnecessary information? It is also up to you to come back to yourself, your family, your friends, your life-giving activities, your more balanced life. Become a community site free. Try at least a little while!
