There were those who needed quarantine to find activities that would keep them busy indoors.
Some games are specifically for kids, but there are no age limits. Such is the lego, board games and now the circle has been expanded with adult coloring as well. The puzzle provides just as much fun. As an adult, it is at least as enjoyable as it is for children.
The puzzle for adults and kids essentially differs only in the number of puzzles. The smaller the little ones a puzzle is made for, the fewer pieces they need to put together. The age-appropriate puzzle promises to be extremely fun. As we search for the location of the pieces, the tension leaves us unnoticed. A good way to get rid of stress. Listening to music, sipping hot chocolate or wine while unloading can only increase the soothing effect. That is, stacking puzzle pieces can also be good for our mental health.
Excellent boredom. In our own silence, we can search which piece is where to go. Meanwhile, our brain teasers can go on a whole other journey. We can leave problems behind and venture into an area that we only experience when we are relaxed.
It is very important, especially for children, that the dexterity is refined with the puzzle. Fine motor skills are effectively developed while replacing the small pieces of the puzzle. By gripping the pieces, rotating them in the right direction, the brain and hand work together, but they move the fingers, the eyes.
When all the pieces are in place, it can be a joy to go through, because the many, separate parts make sense as they come together into a whole.
Today, from just a few to tens of thousands, 2 and 3D, with a very diverse world of patterns.
When we unload, we watch. We focus on unraveling the whole picture, but taking it to its atoms and that pallets our short-term memory.
In addition to being an excellent brain gymnastic, it is also great as a decoration. Framing the finished puzzle looks very good on the wall.
