We know what it was once, but it is in the past. We have no idea what the future can bring, so the present must live what is right now, what you are now.
We cannot rock ourselves in what once was. We can cry after what was once so almost perfect and is now just a memory. Yes, it was beautiful, it was good, it was just over. However, no matter how hard we try to pave the future, it can be studded with screws that are simply impossible to prepare for. The present is what we have influence over and need to act on. However, this present is not only experienced by us, but by everyone else, but we also perceive each other, each other’s present. We inevitably interact, which is fine, except that we let in too much of others from our lives. Let them be influenced by our family members, friends, co-workers, or even wild strangers. They affect us and let ourselves be controlled until the moment we emerge from this created world to begin to lose ourselves. What we do is not our desire and our thoughts were interwoven with expectations.
Back to the present, back to yourself
There will come a moment when we meditate on ourselves, looking for our own reality. This requires complete relaxation and calm. Loneliness is our desired and natural desire. We need it. If we want to get into ourselves, we are looking for a quiet place where we can be alone. It is best if this is in the soft lap of nature. It is worth choosing a place free of all noise and other visitors, where you can settle down and become one with nature. If we have this place, just listen to the ness of our environment, nature. Nature is our most natural medium. If we don’t find ourselves like this, we won’t find it any other way. And then let’s just sit back and let the primordial force move into us. Don’t think of anything else, just focus on the sounds. It is best to also allow nature to come in direct contact with our skin.
Once we are connected to nature, we can move on to ourselves. Let us listen to our hearts, our souls. What do you say?
After meditation, it is worth noting the thoughts expressed in us. Maybe we didn’t have world-changing thoughts, yet we can have some sort of reassurance. None of our problems are solved by meditation, connected to nature, but yet peace of mind can flow into a corner of our cells that is just at war.
We practice using the word NO more often, but not only in theory but also in reality. Let’s try to focus on ourselves instead of others. Let's not forget gratitude either. Even during meditation, we can account for why we are grateful. If we look at our lives a little differently, we may realize how good we are, what is good.
