Life can bring happiness and bitterness. In fact, you have to count on all of them, no matter how much this happens.
Difficulties have to be reckoned with in life, and it does not depend on material well-being or health. Even with seemingly sound foundations, stable life, and prudence, unexpected situations can occur, and not necessarily those that enhance happiness.
Difficulties have always "colored" our lives, but it does not matter how much they are and how we respond to them. There may be problems in our private lives, our health may change, and there may be negative changes in the workplace. Sometimes these occur simultaneously. Even the branch can make the poor man recover from the important but difficult task of recovering.
The crisis is a difficult time, but the ultimate goal is to get out of it. We do all this for survival. We do not want to prove our strength - especially when we are running low - and we do not want to show it to anyone else. One thing is to survive the crisis and survive.
Sometimes we can only rely on ourselves in difficult situations and still solve the problem, but it helps a lot if we can share our concerns with others.
Problems can break in unexpectedly, but we can count on them, but the most important thing is not to put our heads in the sand. Doesn't it make us think too much about why? Licking the wounds does not lead to a solution. The trouble is already in our necks, why there is no point in finding an answer. Let us focus our power and attention on the problem, accept what has happened, and take the time to think about a solution.
The difficulty never comes at the right time, but there are times when we feel weaker than the weak to get out of trouble. We must master, and we are forced to manage our remaining power. If you do not go it alone, there is still the opportunity to ask for help. It is not a shame, in fact, it is a good self-knowledge to realize that the problem alone will not be solved.
We can go through very difficult times and always have goals and dreams that keep me alive and that give me strength to overcome the difficulties. However, we also need to take care of our own physiological needs. Sometimes we forget to eat, drink, and sleep and the quality and quantity of our sleep can cause us to suffer in our sorrow or in our quest to solve the problem.
Even in times of crisis, we have to deal with ourselves. Allowing emotions to surface is not a sign of weakness. In fact, it can be part of the acceptance, the release, the solution.
