Again, it's commonplace, but thank you every day. Be grateful for everything. You are rich if you have a family, love, health, work, and a hobby in which to thrive. Coronavirus here or there, we always have to think about these if we are insecure, if we feel that life is trying to push us down.
Critical point of view
It is only natural that everything changes over time. This includes physical changes. As long as we look forward to the growth of our children and accept the elderly around us with acceptance, we can be so critical of ourselves that we almost hate ourselves. We need to come to terms with the fact that time leaves traces on us, but we don’t have to watch it idle. We can maintain our physique and health with hairstyles, clothes and sports.
What do you want to be?
If they’re not motivated but pulled down by the sight of our old photos, let’s put them aside. If you're so bothered, don't take a look. Be sure to have goals.
