The difference between men and women is not only apparent, but also in behavior. Perhaps these are the differences between the two sexes. Each is curious about the other.
But this difference can also be a source of tension. When more men join the company, there is usually much greater agreement. That is, this is not a correct term. Differences in vision between men, and even gossiping, may come to the surface, but conflicts between them can be "remedied" verbally (even loudly) and in the form of action. However, several women react differently together. Men can rank themselves as mentioned above, but women always treat each other as opponents. The exception is the really good, heartbreaking girlfriends because they are the ones we women don't want to compete with. If so, friendship is not real.
But let's turn back to the fact that if there are more women in the company, there is likely to be competition and comparison. Moreover, gossiping, malicious remarks are likely to fly.
We have heard stories about how women can react to another like-minded partner. Gossip, slander, exasperation, and even aggression can all be included in a repertoire of behaviors that are inappropriate for a fragile, inferior gender. A woman can be a competitor or a wolf.
There is no need to speak out for another woman to provoke enormous anger, dislike, malice. The external look is enough. An unfavorable piece of clothing, a hairstyle, more challenging makeup, perceived or real behavior can be enough to break the rage in another woman.
It stems from the fact that it wouldn't be so easy for a woman. We have to live up to the expectations of women, we want to have a super relationship that, if successful, works on it, both internally and externally.
Let's race. Not only with others, but especially with ourselves. We compete with age, so we do our best to stay as attractive as possible. We compete with other women to stay with us all the time, and as singles we compete with other women to conquer a man. There can be a competitive spirit in our workplace.
Motivation is needed, and if we experience something that inspires us, it can only be achieved by throwing others into the ground. The world would be a better place if it did not contain as much intrigue, jealousy, gossip as man produces.
