Before the birth of their first child, mothers believe that their most difficult task in their lives is to bring their child to the world. If you knew ...
Every parent desires not to have any particular difficulties in their child's life. Their desire to have a truly happy childhood for their seedling, which includes, of course, smaller disappointments, failures, but they only contribute to their development, as they can become strong, well-off adults who live on the ice and do not retreat from their tasks no.
At school, many teachers are taught by trained educators for children, but this knowledge needs to be reinforced at home in order to get good marks from school. At home, however, it is not only necessary to strive to produce homework, to deepen the knowledge that has already been acquired, but also to provide our children with leisure and happiness. You can do this with the Montessori method.
The Montessori Method The educational method left by us to the Italian physician Maria Montessori is widespread throughout the world. Our schools are trying to pump enormous and diverse knowledge into their children, no time or opportunity to settle in students' minds. It is almost everyday to empty the already learned knowledge from their brains to give them a new place.
Children are curious and receptive to what is happening in the world. They need more knowledge and evolve through the experience of cognition. If we want to operate the Montessori educational method at home, it means that our children are not raised in a bubble. It also means that we allow our children to make discoveries, and as long as they do so, they can also find solutions to many problems. You also need to involve the kids in everyday activities. Although it will be a long time to repair their own homes, they have to provide themselves, the basis of which must be given at home. Chores that are appropriate for their age and abilities can be entrusted to them. In school age, shopping should be one of their tasks. Then you have to open up communication with strangers, thank you for your greetings, treat money, adhere to traffic rules. This is a very complex task. In the case of smaller children, it is patience to take a heavier piece of clothing alone, but as a parent we help them through the discovery, if we do not intervene, but let them carry out more complex tasks themselves.
During Montessori education, parents support their child, but only to a minimum. We will not make our children more confident if we take the tool out of their hands without patience and we will do it ourselves instead. Also, provide them with tools to implement certain workflows. This will give the children a sense of success and will not be disappointed. As a parent, only intervene if the child asks for help or is considered dangerous. It is always very important to have them with tasks and games that match their age and abilities.
Leisure time, play time must be guaranteed to the child after school, and there must be free movement.
