We live in a different world than we did at least two generations ago. Our children are exposed to other stimuli and grow up in different circumstances.
The world we are in now is more comfortable, as countless devices and tools make it easier to work from home, but we also like to return to the traditions that proclaim naturalness, simplicity.
Today's shoe selection is very diverse. Not only is the selection of casual or casual footwear very diverse, but there is also an abundance of shoes to suit each sport. That’s why we think less about throwing off our shoes and being barefoot. We add shoes to babies who are already in the baby car, even spinning, sitting up, but not walking, and we pay even more attention to choosing the right shoes when our little child is already a toddler.
Wearing shoes is completely natural and commonplace in our lives as it protects our feet, but sometimes it doesn’t hurt to drop them at all. Not only can we leave our shoes behind on the beach, but also when our mood and the weather keep us up. Plus, not only can adults do this, it’s also very healthy for kids.
Although we want to protect our children from all injuries and pain, which is why many are reluctant to walk barefoot, in fact, tiny soles are much more comfortable and can be a great health benefit. Undoubtedly, shoes are an important part of our clothing, but it is also worth wearing them in childhood because it restricts the proper movement of the feet and the growth of the toes. Later, this can have an impact on the baby’s life.
Summer is coming and let us remember how good it is for our feet to be free without any bondage. No socks, no slippers, no even more closed shoes. Whenever possible, let our children’s feet feel the trampling of the grass, in free contact with the ground. Kids who are more barefoot also experience a lot more things from the world. This is because by making their joints with their feet in contact with nature, the nerve endings in the soles will also be in greater use and will not only become more sensitive to impacts, but will also be much more careful. Barefoot walking even has an effect on brain development. Babies who are a lot barefoot from an early age even get better, keep a better sense of balance, and at a time when they are exploring the world, become more cautious because of a better perception of the environment. However, this can be true even for adults if we start paying attention now to spend more time barefoot if possible. Barefoot walking strengthens the legs and joints, thus reducing the chances of foot diseases and injuries.
