Every parent wants their baby to succeed in school as a child. It is the case that the parents of children who complain of headaches and abdominal pain do not consider these complaints to be real, while the child who twists his hair or chews his nails wants to get used to the bad habit. In fact, these are stress-relieving actions that give children some peace of mind. The biggest parental help for an anxious child is to talk a lot and play together. We don't neglect physical contact, big hugs and kisses relieve tension.
