Where people spend more time together, sooner or later a conflict will surely arise, views will collide, but everything can be smoothed out with proper communication.
It is fortunate that we are so different, but at the same time it also contributes to the fact that we see things differently and react to them differently.
You can be as calm a type as you can be, loyal and an excellent listener, but there may come a point when you have difficulty tolerating the opinions and actions of others. Even if you accept that others think differently, there are still rules that must be followed in order for multiple people to work well together. This is particularly important in a workplace, as it all contributes to how we feel there and what our work ethic is like.
Yes, there are times when you should restrain yourself and not speak up just to hurt others, but if you always tolerate and keep silent, that's not good either. They will call you dull and a person without individual thoughts, to whom everything does not matter. Of course, it's not good if you go against everyone, so it's worth keeping a golden middle ground, but this requires proper communication.
It's completely normal that you don't always agree with your colleagues, but restrain yourself. It's okay to have an opinion about everything, but know when to express it. Not only is it not worth it, but you can cut the tree right under you.
We have already talked about conflict avoidance, which can be very useful, but only as long as your humanity is not violated. Sometimes you really have to stand up. For you. You can raise your image by arguing smartly, and this may even be noticed by your superiors, which might make them look at you differently.
Everyone is under heavy burdens. We often have to fulfill so many roles that we almost get lost among them. If you also experience this and feel tired, you can't take it anymore, then think about how much better it is to get over the daily tasks and not accumulate them. At work, all this does not reflect well on you at all and they may even get rid of you prematurely.
Believe that everyone has thoughts, but not everyone shares them with you or others. If you want to be on good terms with your co-workers and your boss, you don't listen to their every word. Make room for others besides you to express themselves. Give respect to others and listen to them so that they treat you in the same way.
