When we think of young people, what kind of profession or profession we choose, we are considering many things. We can influence our educational progress, our ideas, our parents' pattern, our luck, our acquaintances.
If we were to ask a young, pre-career student what they would like to be an adult, I would probably consider the expected revenue as the primary aspect, but would also expect to see how hard a job is for the profession, what progress is possible, whether it can provide can you create your own existence in a relatively short period of time?
Convenience, working life, and how much effort you need to invest in your daily work are counted. If we take all of these into account, it seems to be a comfortable and liveable course that teachers do. You don't have to do serious physical work. They always work in a place protected from heat and cold, within the walls of the school. They are surrounded by many, knowledge-hungry, energy-consuming but returning students. One could still list the positive aspects of the teacher track, but there are some misconceptions that have to be dispelled.
Many times, the accusation of teachers and teachers is that they do not really work for their money, because there is no other profession where workers can go for two and a half months. However, the teacher's career is thought of as such. Do not be fooled by the fact that the end of the school year for students ends with the same day for their teachers, and then you have to enjoy the summer only. However, the reality is that in mid-June only the school will end up for the students, but there is still a lot to do for the teachers working there. The lesson must be closed, which involves a number of administrations, and the summer holidays will end after August 20, as they are already preparing for the new school year.
Even if teachers love their work, teaching, and administrative work for most of them, they don't want it at all. In addition, they have to perform at several points, write a certificate, keep an electronic diary, write reports.
Secondary schools then take verbal graduation exams after they finish teaching at lower grades. So another great challenge is for graduation teachers (and not just for students). This is also the time for new students entering school.
The summer break does not mean a continuous rest for many teachers, as summer is also a period of camps and many camps are run by teachers. Not to mention the fact that teaching is not sure to be paused with summer, as more people are taking private courses for preparation for exams.
At the end of summer, new textbooks arrive in the days before the new school year, which have to be worked out, the new school year schedule has to be prepared, and the additional examinations are completed.
The two and a half months that most of us consider to be teachers' freedom are not at all real. Still, it has its beauty, and after some relaxation, the professionally elected teachers will return to school.
