You don't have to and shouldn't get caught up in the coronavirus, but many people have recently become unemployed and there are people who have been thinking about changing jobs before the coronavirus.
The period of the coronavirus may have rearranged our lives, our thoughts. He who was not voluntarily exiled to change jobs could also find himself facing a fresh start. Unmotivatedness, a bad work atmosphere, inadequate conditions and dissatisfaction with pay can all trigger a person to think of something else.
For those who had already matured the idea of changing jobs, the coronavirus could only be a point for i. Others may have been unexpectedly affected by the closures due to restrictions, there were those who got this into their workplace. Whatever situation life has brought, it must be resolved.
A lot of us are afraid of the new, or we think a lot about what would be the right move. It is different if we voluntarily decide to cut into something new, and it is different if we are forced to do so. Therefore, if we are looking for a new job, it has a precedent, whether we want to change voluntarily or otherwise. So looking for a new job may be different in the two situations, but for both, it’s worth calming down and thinking about what you’d most like to deal with. Dare to ask yourself the question and answer it at least as honestly. What do you want to do? After all, if your new job is going to be very different from what you want to do, it will lead to burnout and only money will motivate you, but the time will come when salary is no longer sure enough.
People with the right self-knowledge are aware of their weaknesses as well as their strengths. It doesn't hurt, though, to write it down for yourself. To run through a completely different thought of what we are good at and what can be strengthened, as if we see it described. Knowing these, you can not only think about finding a new job, but also look for a school, course, or training for yourself to open new gates for yourself.
The realization of our exaggerated desires is hindered by unrealistic thoughts. If we want to achieve our goals, we must not only be bold, but it doesn’t hurt to stand on the ground with two feet. You can’t want to be a singer if you don’t have a good voice. You can try, there will only be a lot of disappointment and failure.
If you are looking for yourself in a completely different field, you can try to switch by doing it only as a hobby, out of love, that is, you try it a little. If it’s going better than you thought, and the feedback is a testament to that, you can think bigger.
