Time management is one of the biggest challenges of modern man. The number of daily tasks keeps growing, they overwhelm you, so time management can become our key advantage. But what is time management and how can we become real time travelers?
Time management methods
Day starter: our day is extremely influenced by how we start in the morning. That is why, in the early period, do something that gives you pleasure. It can be drinking a cup of coffee on the terrace or a nice shower, but also organize programs for yourself for the rest of the day, with which you can restore your zest for life. It's okay to have many responsibilities, but make sure you also have one that makes you happy.
Logging: write it down for yourself so you can see what you're doing and when. This means buying a diary in which you keep track of what you did one day and how much time you devoted to it. Even considering a day, you can find the niches where you have been, but not usefully.
Time pocket: imagine having a pocket that only holds the activities that are not useful to you, but you do them anyway. Put them in this pocket and you can even empty them to get rid of them. This could be taking unreasonably many cigarette or coffee breaks, browsing social media or the Internet.
Priority: it is possible that you stopped one process because you started another, so essentially you were neither very efficient in any of them nor managed well over time. Therefore, prioritize your tasks and proceed accordingly.
Period observation: we are not the same. There are those who can really get into the swing of things in the early hours of the morning, for others it is postponed to the afternoon. If you are aware of when you can be at your peak, then time the benefits of the work for that period.
Time spiral: choose a longer period and draw yourself a spiral. Record the events of the past period in it and observe whether there is any repetition. This means that it is a recurring event in your life that you can prepare for. Not only will it not hit you unexpectedly, but you will also be able to solve it more easily.
The above methods can help you see your daily and periodic activities, prioritize them and manage them according to their priority.
