Virtually everyone can be drawn to the fact that we are overwhelmed by the variety of compliance. Even at home, our role is to do our job, not just at our workplace.
It is a pleasure to have a job, but if we do not enjoy any support (parents' financial support, lottery winnings, good investment, etc.) then it is very difficult to get one. Not only is it almost impossible to set aside, but also to achieve our dreams, because they always need money.
It is part of our everyday cycle that most of our time is in our workplace. Think about it! When we realize this, we feel that this is not right. We're working a lot. Not only are we getting closer to the end of some major futures work, we are not only focusing on our work due to current control, but we spend our essentially active life in our workplace with constant control and rules.
We work a lot for eight hours a day, because we have to be able to keep our family and our standard of living. It is necessary, but at the same time, to make a commitment to one of our jobs. We could decide not to work, but then there is no money. However, we may also decide to work, get in line, quietly, neatly, down our working days, but take advantage of the lunch break for what we're doing and we don't work overtime without paying it, but we don't get a thank you for it. There are always employees who extend their work breaks or leave the job ahead of time. It is also legitimate for colleagues who work closely with gossip, non-official phone calls, and no activity in their work.
So we need to work unless our ancestors founded our lives so that our own children and even their children can live well. However, we may already have the impression that we undertake overtime or undertake tasks that do not belong to our hands. It can be kept for a while, but we cannot afford to burden the work. So we are responsible for the situation.
The workplace is not a playground. We have to work, this is not controversial, but we can be responsible for putting too much work on us and not for ourselves. In the same way, we raise the attention of others, even if we avoid the work, spend too much time observing the life and work of other employees, and analyzing it.
