What doesn’t go, don’t force it. Many of us tend to live in this commonplace, but there are times when we stubbornly cling to something we should let go of.
We feel good where there is fun and safety. This may be true of our privacy, our friendships, but also our work. Even if our lives are not work, they are still part of our lives. We spend a significant part of our everyday lives not with our family members, but with colleagues at work. Ideally, if we feel comfortable in our position, work is not a form of suffering, but a way to make money that we even enjoy. Good relationships with co-workers and superiors are also important. The pink bubble may burst. We live in a world where we no longer retire from our first job. The time may come when the thought of change is worth in our heads. What can lead more and more to such a serious change, a decision?
Evaluation
We live in a world that we should be happy to have a good job where our work is valued, in return this is rewarded with pay, proper behavior, trust. This relationship is also best interactively, however, if the evaluation is very misdirected, not judged and categorized based on our work, it can give us a boost to think about the shift.
Conflicts
There is conflict in the best family, in the greatest love, which is also necessary for the dynamics of the relationship. It is about the coexistence of two different personalities, which includes different points of view and different thoughts. Conflict can strengthen development, cognition, trust. If there is a conflict in the relationship, it is also clear that it can also be between colleagues working together in the workplace. These disagreements can also promote progress and development, however, if these conflicts do not erupt due to work processes, but because the relationship between other employees has become angry and we ourselves experience it, it worsens the work ethic. It even acts as a poison to us, to our environment, which sometimes not only calms down but can continue to deteriorate.
Communication
Barrier-free, understandable communication can be the foundation and secret of many things in terms of our relationships and our lives at work. Communication should work well not only with direct co-workers, but also with superiors. However, if, in turn, we have to immerse ourselves in something completely different from what they were recorded for, the information will go astray somewhere. Even then, it is not advisable to ponder the termination immediately, but if the discussions do not lead to a goal, it will probably always remain so. If this is not a pleasant condition, then it may be possible to look for another job.
