If that is not the case, it may become more and more unpleasant to work. There is not much to do with conflicts. There is enough misunderstanding, a slight disagreement, a halt, and a conflict and a bad atmosphere have emerged. And if we can not clarify, discuss it, it can be a further source of power that affects the whole company. Anyone who works to be anxious, does not feel good, his activity and his work will be reduced. Conversely, the number of personal insults and insults increases. It is a psychological punishment for employees, and sometimes it is a temporary solution that they choose to be a patient. So for a while they get rid of the frustrating situation and the environment, but the problem did not dissolve. If the misunderstanding continues, it can affect the spirit of the workers, even in the form of an illness. A company has no interest in exchanging employees.
