Getting a new job is always a stomach feeling. Filled with excitement, waiting for the environment, the staff, the bosses, whether we can do well in our job.
Today's world is characterized by the fact that we do not spend all our lives in a workplace as it was true for the employees of the last system. It is sometimes worth switching to avoid burnout and excessive routine. It is sometimes good to refresh the environment around us, so it's not a problem if we try to work in another place.
Those who have changed jobs several times during their lives have experienced many things. It might also have been part of the fact that the task entrusted to the new site was expanded after a while and had to be done after a while, which was not at the beginning. The extra task can put more burdens on people. But these extra tasks are not always in our hands because others do not want to do it, but we almost take on these tasks, perhaps to make our employees more attractive, and managers to see how well we are investing.
Most workplaces are characterized by the need to carry out tasks that are not their own, and sometimes we try to help the employee with the progress, hoping to get this help back on time.
There is a bit of a problem if we do the wrong job. It becomes so natural that we do the task, but if for some reason we stop it, it can really come out of it. We cannot come out of this as a winner. A simple kind of help and assistance can trigger a process that involves investing extra time and energy into our work. If we get tired and realize that we are working instead of others, we stop looking at the staff and management.
Stop the thread! Virtue is diligence, but overprotection can work for our own damage, so if we want to show our leadership at all costs, let us be truly effective, accurate in our own field. In order to have a good workplace atmosphere, one has to help each other, but that does not mean that we do something completely instead of someone. A good advice, practical help, can be a great deal, so you might not want to go beyond that.
As much as we can get into the new work in our new workplace, think that we cannot provide this intensity continuously. It is important to keep up with the tasks you undertake, overwhelming yourself with the overstepping and getting into the job. Especially if nobody knows about it, he doesn't appreciate it. If there is more to us than what we notice in the workplace or need to know with our boss, or if there is no change, then we can think about switching.
