Our attention is increasingly focused on the Christmas holidays, maybe even the Christmas fever is starting to dominate us. It's time to do it, don't hold back.
The gifts are bought and we decorate our home mostly inside, but the outdoor light strings have already appeared under the gutter in the windows. Those who have a terrace or balcony should not be left without decoration. In winter, you may not be out there much, but if you create the atmosphere, maybe even in the cold, you will have a cup of hot tea or coffee outside. Wrapped around with a warm blanket, you can enjoy the flavors in a Christmas mood.
Old furniture
If there is space on your balcony or terrace, you can even place vintage pieces of furniture from an heritage (armchair, armchair, sofa). Even if we have new style garden furniture, Christmas patterned home textiles can create an atmosphere. Decorative pillows, blankets, lanterns, LED rows, candles all add warmth during our stay outside. Decorations made of evergreens can take place on the garden table, but also placed on the ground. If you have a smaller pine tree that won’t be the Christmas tree, it can still work great as a decoration on your balcony.
Brightly
If you do not want to overdo it, but the lack of light is already depressing, strings of light can be placed on the balcony, on the terrace. Not only can you illuminate the yard, but it also radiates some light inward, and that is what the soul needs.
Instead of a flower
Your plants have already been sheltered from the terrace, from the balcony, so the flower pots are now empty. This does not necessarily have to be the case. Fill them with pine branches, decorate them with Christmas ornaments, garlands of light, so there will be light in place and natural decoration at the same time.
Ladder to the balcony
It’s not Santa Claus who has to climb there, it’s just a decorative element to work well with. Set up a ladder on the patio, open your legs. Wrap a colored line of light bulbs on them, you can put candles on the steps, you can also put them around with evergreens.
