We cannot complain about the autumn weather so far, but we can be sure that it will be a cooler, cooler weather. We try to prepare ourselves for the cold, and we can have a variety of solutions.
Wood burners could already make wood for the winter. Indeed, many households have already started using the fuel. Those who have their gardens, in addition to gathering the Avar, have other tasks to prepare their gardens and plants for the winter. We can also transplant houseplants, go back to sleep, maybe we are going over the big cleaning. For all members of the family, we have prepared the thicker clothes, and the recently-populated poppers have been folded in the back of the cabinet. Maybe autumn has already moved into our home with its ingredients, fruits and colors.
Every season has its own magic, and the autumn can dazzle with its colors. We have to count on the cold, the rain, the less sunshine, but it cannot take our joy of life. Autumn and winter can also be a period of pleasant tea. For many, it is inevitable to have a morning coffee break, but maybe even the enthusiastic cafes sip hot tea.
It may not be too much to talk about the importance of adequate fluid replacement. In addition, autumn is more susceptible to illness, so not only is the consumption of vegetables and fruits recommended for filling up our vitamin set, but also warm tea can heal the sore throat. You can choose from many kinds of tea. From fruity teas to herbal teas, not only is the tea replaced by the tea, but also by the improvement of our physical health.
In addition to coffee, many people also consume green tea in the morning. Not by chance, because it helps to initiate body fat burning, and if we start with it in the morning, we've done something for ourselves. Sufficient metabolism is necessary for weight loss, and sufficient fluid intake is essential. Green tea is the perfect choice for this.
Black tea consumers do well for their stomachs, even if they have complaints, as they can heal the stomach. It may be an antidote to puffiness, diarrhea, but it also helps digestion.
Our earlier consumption of black tea has turned more towards fruit teas and herbates. The filter teas available in the shops make tea consumption easier, so you can get an intense fruity tea, but many people use their own herbs for tea. The well-known effect of chamomile is that it calms down, consuming before sleep can be effective, soothes the nerves, relieves stress. The lime tree, the nettle, the lemon balm all have a good effect on us.
It is interesting that, although tea is known and used all over the world, some nations are very big tea consumers, we Hungarians do not belong to them. It is characteristic of us that we consume more intensively seasonally, during the autumn and winter months.
