The preparation of our meals starts with the purchase. When buying healthy ingredients, the amount we get is also an important consideration. This is because we tend to accumulate more at home, which can also lead to waste if we do not use the products we buy. It’s time to look at our values a little differently. However, the food purchased is also value.
Fruit differently
We buy a variety of fruits to give the family a supply of vitamins. Eating fruit is essential for a healthy diet. We can use it to prepare various dishes, we can consume it on its own. However, we want to touch on them as long as they are healthy and fresh. We then lightly throw it in the trash. Even the softer, browned fruit doesn’t have to end up in the trash, as they can be used to make delicious, cooling and healthy drinks.

The vegetable soup survived not only as food, but after the fresh vegetables used for something else, it was already a little wrinkled and scaly. A rich and light vegetable soup can still be put together, which will go well at any time and the remaining vegetables will also be utilized.
Soup residue
There's still some vegetable soup left, but no one wants to eat it anymore? The vegetables can still be saved by crushing them with a fork, mixed with sour cream and grated cheese, an excellent topping for toast.
Dry bread should not be thrown away
In the summer heat, everything gets worse faster. Bread left out dries quickly, but that doesn’t justify you having to end up in the trash. It can be used to make breadcrumbs, but when diced and toasted, it can be an excellent soup tuning.
Too much pasta
Have you accounted for yourself in the kitchen and cooked too much pasta? No problem! If you have leftovers at home or have unused vegetables for a few days, make a vegetable salad with pasta.
