It is also a series of decisions in our lives. It may take good time to do good, but if our choice goes wrong despite our best intentions, we can go far back.
We have to make decisions on a number of things on a daily basis. We don’t even think much, we just do our thing when we go to the store. Which pastry do we buy for breakfast? What clothes should we wear in the morning? However, in addition to our decisions, which do not shake the world like this, we also have important issues to deal with.
In the workplace, for example, a lot can depend on what and how we do. We make decisions because we have no other choice, but at the same time, the number of correctness in our decision-making can be finite one day. The point may be that our brains are already burned out in thinking, planning, making decisions, and although choices have to be made, it could easily be that it will no longer be the best.
Some work processes require much more thinking and attention, which puts a lot of strain on the brain. Our willpower, our sense of duty, can take us forward, but we can feel that we are already so tired that we have a hard time deciding.
Not only in the workplace, but also in our own lives, there may be times when we find ourselves facing serious change. Change is always somewhat uncertain, which can cause fear in us, but there are situations where everything can no longer remain the same because the language of the scales has to tip over, that is, we have to make a decision.
What do we do then?
There are several types of reactions. There are those who immediately jump into some kind of change, even without any kind of thinking, which can go very well, but also very badly. Listening to instincts is sometimes very good, but there are so many influencing factors that also require the work of reason.
Others sit at the top of the decision-making dome. They are considering. They take over what is in favor of one possible path and what is in favor of the other. In the same way, any negatives that may arise are taken into account. Not everything can be expected, as it can happen that we do not expect at all. It's mostly common sense work. But if a person’s brain is on the verge of burnout, even the decision can be a bad one.

That's what my husband always says. He is facing any more serious decision-making, he is not acting out of a primordial force coming from a nerve, an excitement, a sudden idea, because he has already made several bad decisions in his life because of overheating. Through a kind of life experience, he learned that it is better to make important decisions with a clearer brain, a cleaner and fresher brain.
