Summer shows its true nature and gives it such warmth that increased sweating is to be expected. This is our body’s built-in cooling system and a completely natural process.
However, this naturalness is what we struggle with. We cannot stop sweating even if we remove the hair from the armpits, but we can maintain it with personal hygiene. That is why we use armpit deodorants, various toiletries. Sweating from it still exists and surely sweat leaves a mark.
No matter how demanding a person is, he may find himself left with traces of sweat on the tops. The sweaty armpit part of the white tops can provide a disappointing sight. The latest and greatest detergents do not always withstand stubborn stains, and such tops are either continued to be used only at home or doomed to discard. Not only can traces of sweat remain on white tops, but they can also cause discoloration in colored clothes.
White tops
There are two natural ingredients that can be found in most kitchens. We also use vinegar and baking soda to prepare and flavor foods. We know from both how many other areas we use both together or separately. When removing the sweat stain, in the case of a white top, all we have to do is dissolve the already mentioned vinegar, baking soda and hydrogen peroxide in a ratio of 1: 1: 1. If you only want to remove the stain from one top, you need to count a quarter of a cup of the ingredients. The mixture thus obtained must be rubbed into the critical parts of the upper and can even be worked into the fabrics of the garment with a soft brush. Once this is done, it is advisable to allow the active ingredients to take effect and then come washing with a conventional washing machine.
Another natural way to remove sweat stains from white tops is to rub fresh lemon juice into the stain, mix with water, let it stand, and finally wash it out in the usual way.
Colored tops
Colored garments require a different treatment, as in addition to removing the stain, the goal is also to preserve the color of the garment. This requires the power of vinegar. Mix vinegar with water in a 1: 1 ratio, rub into the stain, then pour vinegar into a washful of water and let the garment soak in it a bit. Finally, wash the tops without stains in the traditional way.
