Nothing is more natural than the good old man arriving in the summer. What’s more, the torturous heat for up to several weeks.
We are lucky enough to experience this summer’s heat wave, which has been said to have been in captivity for weeks. We try to alleviate the heatwave in several ways. Our chilled, darkened home, air-conditioned rooms, cool drinks, water compress, relaxation can all provide solution and relief.
It’s also natural for everyone to sweat in the summer heat. So the body’s natural cooling system works. This is exactly what it does and its function, but sweating can also smell. Most of us are embarrassingly careful not to leave an unpleasant odor behind us, yet there is a way to smell.
There is nothing to beautify, we have to stink ourselves. However, it also happens that only we feel that way, but in reality we don’t stink. And, of course, the opposite happens, that he is not at all aware of what kind of body odor he leaves behind.
Sweating is a necessary and important cooling function of the body, so it is good if it works. However, it is not the sweat itself that stinks, but the combination of sweat and the millions of bacteria on our skin. Bacteria that farm and live on the skin can’t wait to start sweating because they have the nutrients. However, as they say, where there is revenue, there is expenditure. Bacteria that feed on sweat emit odorous fatty acids, which can be compared to vinegar, onions or cheese. Well, it's body odor, sweat odor.
What everyone could experience in their private and adolescent children is that body odor appears along with their teens. In addition to the change associated with hormonal changes, teaching personal hygiene can alleviate the odor problem. In men, body odor may be stronger because they have more glands in their body that result in sweating. Not to mention that our lifestyle can have a big impact on body odor. Some foods, alcohol, but some medications can also affect increased sweating as well as the growth of bacteria on the skin.
