Sleep is an activity that helps the body regenerate. Without deprivation of sleep, physical ailments can occur, so we need a restful sleep very much.
The quality of our sleep can be affected by many things. These include our way of life, our way of life. With a healthy diet, we can even have a big impact on this.
In the evening, you should no longer stuff your tummy, especially with not too heavy food, because it does not help you fall asleep, rest peacefully, and even the body can be so worn by too heavy food that we can dream of horrors. Temperature, mental state, stress, and many other factors can affect the quality of our sleep.
It is almost certain that you who are now reading these lines have already experienced the strange feeling of yourself after you have come to rest, that the whole body is twitching out of nowhere, swaying on the verge of sleep and wakefulness. This is also commonly referred to as a sleep sprain, meaning it is a phenomenon that occurs in almost everyone. It feels like when we reach the edge of a very high place and realize how deep the gaping beneath us is and shiver. As if we were on the verge of tipping over, we vibrate during sleep as well. This jerk can be scary. One thinks he was just dreaming about it, but since he hasn’t even really slept. An explanation for this phenomenon is already being sought.
According to one, it could be that the body and brain are not working fully together. The brain is already preparing to rest, while the muscles are not yet able to react so quickly, to relax. Another possible answer to this shaky state is that when a person is very exhausted and so tired that as his body reaches bed, he immediately falls asleep, his breathing and pulse slow down accordingly. Normally, it develops at a much calmer pace, prolonged, meaning the body has time to calm down. This sleeping sprain is caused by the body to be able to respond to an emergency. Twitching is an alarm that wakes you up, literally shakes you up. If you’ve been jerking together while you fell asleep, you might as well have felt like you woke up in moments. It is true that we can usually go back to sleep immediately afterwards.
Doctors say that this twitch can be affected by excessive coffee consumption, smoking, and habits before falling asleep (watching television, bugging the phone). If this jerk occurs more and more often, it can also be interpreted as a sign of the body. If it doesn’t go away, it’s worth taking it more seriously.
