We are experiencing a rainy season that we have never experienced before. However, with many rains, the temperature is high, so we could lose our sense of comfort. High humidity is not only unpleasant, but not healthy.
Air humidity can be low and high, but both can damage the human body. Low humidity, i.e. dry air, dries the airways, coughs, and does not feel too good, but high humidity also affects us.
Wetter weather provides higher humidity. Air party content between 40 and 60 percent is the most ideal for us. Lower or higher values are less appealing. The higher the humidity, the more the reaction of our body changes. We start to sweat because sweating is the body's natural defense mechanism, but it can also cool the sweat if it evaporates. However, in the already humid air, sweat does not create the hopes and feel uncomfortable.
In order to sweat, our body needs to mobilize great energies, and if this is done in the high humidity of our body, then sweat will be about us and we will feel even more uncomfortable.
Sweating can not only have aesthetic and hygienic consequences, but also, along with sweat drops, releases our body from valuable minerals and, of course, fluid.
Now everyone can experience their own above. It is warm and our body automatically tries to cool itself down by evaporation, that is, by sweating, but there is no chance in the high humidity air to have cooling power because it is not able to evaporate the kindness. So our bodies just sweat the sweat as long as they can. This causes our feeling of comfort to be foolish, and this can affect our behavior, because it can become frivolous, frustrated.
High humidity is getting strenuous for us, but molds and mites really enjoy this period, so their numbers can increase in our environment, which can also cause unpleasant allergic symptoms.
