Santa Claus arrives on Friday, so the official thing is already on the stick. Great for gifts and evenings, but the best part is that you don't have to sacrifice the right ingredients on the altar of calorie overdose.
Known as the English-sounding hot chocolate sticks, this cake-pop confection saves you from the stress of busy stores, spending too much, and meditating on a gift. After all, it only takes some chocolate, a dozen chopsticks, and a taste of fruit or spice to make it. And there is no shortage of chocolate in the festive season.
What you'll need:
- 20 dkg 75 percent dark chocolate
- stick
- fruit, spice you just want
The easiest way to make it is to melt the chocolate and add the spice or fruit to the mass during the process. Stir well and then, once the chocolate is completely thawed, pour the mixture into a silicone mold or muffin pan. You can then go in with the chopsticks, a little outside decoration, and then head for the fridge. Rest there while you freeze.
If you would like to give it as a gift, complete the above procedure by wrapping the finished chocolate with cellophane and decorating it with a ribbon.
The braver ones can make their chocolate bombs even more exciting with these four cooking methods.
