It's okay to have to eat and drink because that keeps us alive, but during the holidays we could feel several times that we would be against eating for days because we were so overwhelmed by the delicacies.
Some have decided - as many certainly are - as New Year's resolutions, that in 2020, they will pay much more attention to what and how much they eat, move more and regularly, and leave their harmful passions, if any. During the festive season, family and friends could get together. Where we went for a party, where we waited for guests, but such gatherings are always focused on eating and drinking. So food has a very important role to play at times.
During the pork season, the dishes made from it could be put on the festive table, and in addition to the traditional dishes associated with the Christmas celebration, we could fill our rum with sweets. We could finally let go of ourselves, so our alcohol consumption might have increased. This is a very demanding period for our organization. With moderation, we can do a lot to help make us feel better after the festive feast, but sometimes it is difficult to resist the delicacies we may only make at this time of year.
This may be over now. We're over the New Year's Eve party. Saying goodbye to the new year and greeting the new year are also occasions related to eating and drinking, so consuming alcoholic beverages and various meals is inevitable. Beyond hangover, we may also find the discomfort that our bodies are full of delicacies and that the thought of food is no joy, not to mention their consumption.
Desire for stomach-friendly foods. It will not be a problem at all if we ignore the meat for a few days in the first days of the New Year. We may not want it, so it's worth thinking about foods that are light for our stomachs, meat-free, rich in fiber and vitamins. Vegetable greens and salads can now help our stressed body, and perhaps start the New Year in a healthier way. Who knows, maybe the great mind-boggling at the end of last year might encourage us to begin our lifestyle change.
Listen to your body and listen to your feelings. What do you want? Meat and heavy meals are almost nausea, despite the fact that you basically love these foods? Just try to make your stomach feel that you need to pause heavy food.
