One of the latest developments and forward-looking innovations of the global security company makes it possible to control the body temperature of people in the same space.
In the event of an epidemic emergency, it is especially important to measure the body temperature of those arriving at the hospital. Thanks to Dahua Technology Hungary Kft., Those arriving at the Emergency Department can be screened at the entrance, as the thermal imaging system using the offered artificial intelligence enables fast, reliable and, above all, non-contact measurement.
A special feature of the system is the reference heat emitting unit, also known as the “black body”, the thermal image of which is compared by the thermal camera to the thermal image of the head of the people passing in front of it, including the eye socket.
Thanks to the precise technology, the system is able to determine the temperature of several people at the same time with an accuracy of +/- 0.3 degrees Celsius from a distance of 3 meters. In the event of a fever or fever, the staff will beep immediately.
Flynn Jiang, the national manager of Dahua Technology Hungary Kft., Said:
“ Our company is committed to resolving the current local and global epidemiological situation as soon as possible. With this gesture, we want to contribute to slowing down the spread of the epidemic and to preserving the health of the Hungarian people. We chose this institution because we have heard a lot before about the sacrificial and high quality work of the staff in the department. We believe the system will be in the best place and we sincerely hope that it will continue to benefit after the emergency . ”
The Department of Communication and Event Management at Semmelweis University expressed its gratitude as follows:
“ In screening patients and relatives who come to the ward, the body temperature measurement system can be used as an accurate, fast, simplifying work process, which also increases the safety of nurses and caregivers. The system is easy to use and has worked great since its successful launch on April 17. ”
