Thus, carbohydrates are not from devil, but only if we consume enough from the right one, so we can supply our body with energy, but we can manage it well and not put it in the form of overweight. A menu of foods with complex carbohydrates can help you lose weight. Such a complex carbohydrate contains the banana, which, in addition to the complex carbohydrate, also provides vitamins and fiber.
One of the favorite dishes of Hungarian cuisine is the potato, which is easily digested by our body, rich in vitamins, starch and protein. Although cereals also contain complex carbohydrates, potatoes contain fewer calories than they eat bread.
Rice is also our favorite garnish, and the good news is that we have a good carbohydrate so that we can do it with brown rice because it's rich in fiber and protein. So instead of white rice it is recommended to brown.
An excellent breakfast can be provided by oatmeal, rich in fiber but also containing vitamin. When we start this morning, we get enough energy.
