Night owls and morning sparrows live their lives at a different pace. Early germination is not a problem for woodpeckers, as they hide in bed early in the evening. It's different with owls.
No matter which category we belong to, there is a period when we don’t have early germination at all. Filling some jobs may require you to work multiple shifts, so you may have to experience an early awakening. This is especially difficult for those who are awake to the night, no dream comes to their eyes until dawn, but getting up early is part of their lives. However, some tricks can be put in place so that one does not go through all the phases of tribal development because one has to get up early.
Night owls really live in the evening. The period is the self-time when they can get rid of their limitations, even worship their hobby, relax. It’s all nice and good, but if they do work that requires getting up early, they in turn take valuable hours out of their restful sleep. If someone is awake awake until dawn, introduce a routine that helps you fall asleep, a restful sleep. Reading is great for this.
If we went to bed late, but we only need to wake up in a few hours, then it may well be easy for our hours to wake up at the stage of the sleep phase when our brain, our body, still needs to really rest. Just another 10 minutes and with this momentum we press the snooze button, which has a good chance of increasing the possibility of falling asleep and being late. If you have a smartwatch, you might want to take advantage of a feature that takes into account your sleep habits, so even if you press the snooze button, you’ll try to wake you up at another time that may even precede the delay, but we don’t experience waking up as a tragedy. The other solution is to, even with the agony of torment, but not allow yourself to press the snooze button, and even if not one of our cartilages wants to rise, we will still do so.
Night darkness helps the body produce melatonin, which regulates when to wake up and when to fall asleep. With shutters, darkening curtains can help us bring darkness into our home, and there is no problem for those for whom awakening works more easily. However, if we need to wake up early but are still as dark as in the evening, our body will feel no urge to wake up. For those who have difficulty waking up early, it is recommended that you do not lower the shutter, but let natural light flow into your room.
If you only need to get up early than usual at intervals and infrequently, this is perhaps less of a problem than if you get up early every 2-3 weeks because of the shift. It is worth introducing and keeping an agenda at all times. You need to choose a golden mean that, like an owl, is not too early to go to bed, so it will be time for the body to regenerate. We need to gradually get used to this.
