We know ourselves so much that we know at what time of the day we are most active. Owls and lice live differently.
We spend most of our time at our workplace so we can't do what we want. But at home, the situation is different. It is up to us to choose whether we go to bed early and go to bed early or stay long and occupy ourselves.
If you are more active in the evening, you will find time in the late hours to spend time at home, spend your free time, relax and enjoy your hobby. Even though you may have to get up early the next morning, you can still survive. On the other hand, lice go to bed early, but may wake up well before the hour rings. Some people wake up every day without waking them up. The lice are very active in the early morning hours. This means that as the evening approaches, the bed invites them relatively early. And the night owls come alive. So the rhythm of the people can be different. It is good to know our own strengths and limitations. If we live as an owl, we should not want to make important decisions for the morning hours, to leave things to discuss. And do not delay the lice for the evening.
Everyone has their own agenda, but the owls and the lark do it differently. In our most effective period according to our biorhythm, we would be able to redeem the world, while at another time of the day we might drive to survive or not to fall asleep.
Patchouli swell with strength and energy in the morning and perform much better not only physically but also mentally. Understandably, by the evening the early enthusiasm has subsided. The lice are cheerful, more enthusiastic and friendly. Owls can stay up in the evenings for a long time without feeling tired. However, the alarm clock may ring in the morning. Less sleep makes them more demented, harder to wake up and get up. Morning is obviously not a favorite time for night owls, but afternoon is good.
So the lice and the owls are at their peak at very different times of the day. However, our work schedule may not cover our most creative, productive time, so it may be difficult to do well every day.
Whether we belong to the owl or lark type is not only determined by our genetic stock but also greatly influenced by our social environment. That is, we are not born of this or that, but become that.
