Appearance is not important, they say. What really matters is intrinsic value. Yet many are driven by fashion and want to be as trendy as possible.
Not only do we want to dress fashionably to suit others, we also want to feel good about our skin. If we have good garments in general, together they may not trigger what we want to achieve. For most, it’s about wanting to look slimmer anyway. The result of a lifestyle change, a diet, will sooner or later show up if we continue it resolutely, but it is also possible to cheat optically with dressing.
When we are dissatisfied with our body, our build, we want not to show it to everyone, that is, we try to cover it up. A loose, loose or even oversized garment is not a solution to slimming. Not only do we not look slimmer with their wear, but they are also widened by oversized pieces. An oversized dress shows something different if the other part of the set is narrower in style.
If someone is not happy with you, choose only a buttoned shirt. The buttonless shirt draws attention to the abdomen and if we are not satisfied at the moment, we do not want to draw attention, then the buttonless shirt is out of the question. If you still stick to the shirt, it is worth putting a top under it, so that the shirt can be buttoned out and attention is not focused on the abdomen.
Many fall into the trap of wanting to hide their shape so much that they wear a larger and longer top, a T-shirt. They think the long is the slack. In fact, it has the exact opposite effect. So, if you already have a t-shirt, it should be crumpled because that makes it look slimmer.
You can play with the belt and promote slenderness at the waist, but only if it is the right size. You don’t have to think about length, but rather about width. As incredible as it may seem, the wider belt conjures up a slimmer waist.
The jacket is still a necessary piece of ours. However, if the garment protrudes beyond the jacket, it will optically compress the body.
