In the spring, time is also much better for getting in motion, either in the gym or outdoors. Many of us are liberated by the feeling that the days are getting longer, so after work we can get into a careful jogging sooner than we do now. Maybe there is more choice between the dishes. Nowadays it is possible to get a wide variety of products, but in winter it seems to be more difficult. It seems less suitable for our liking, that is, more suitable for diet and slimming. There is only one thing to know about what is supporting our health and our weight loss.
Fruits contain citrus fruits that are rich in vitamin C, and are the home of lemon flavoring tea. Grapefruit is an excellent weight loss fruit, which may not be a favorite of everyone with its slightly sour and bitter taste, but if you eat grapefruit before eating, you can not only get vitamin C and fiber, but also contribute to fat burning during training.
The apple is usually consumed in this case, but only a few get it on the pomegranate, although it is a rich fruit in antioxidants. Thanks to its high-fiber seeds, we feel less hungry.
It is said that hot foods also help in slimming. Well, we Hungarians love hot peppers anyway, but it is even more recommended during slimming, as capsaicin, which contains pepper - it gives the spiciness, spins up the metabolism.
If you want to start your day with a light, yet rich breakfast, then it is worth making a porridge. Thanks to its high fiber content, it is easy to eat until lunch so that we don't mind being hungry. In fact, even for lunch, there is a greater chance of taking less food after the morning porridge.
The fluid-filled pine core shell in the liquid also provides a long-lasting feeling and, thanks to its fiber content, it cleans the intestines, ie spins the metabolism. Barley works like a pine core and porridge. It gives our stomach a fullness, so we don't deal with food.
The chiamag, like the above, saturates our stomach. The custard made from it, fruited with fruit, only increases the fiber and nutrient content and the feeling of satiety.
Yellow peas and chickpeas also have a good stomach. Because of their high protein content, we feel more satisfied.
