Maybe everyone is waiting for Christmas. If the festive mass crowd, the crowds of shops, the nervousness are not the best we want, we feel that we have some chance of relaxation.
Many people travel to close or distant relatives in this case, or simply go further away from the world to relay themselves to the holidays in a completely different environment and complete relaxation. However, the most common thing is that we spend the holidays with our loved ones, with our narrower or wider family members. Whether or not we are invited to somewhere or the relatives gather, we are going to have a great holiday. Buying and handing over gifts is an exciting part of Christmas. After all, we've got the gift we've been given to everyone, and we can get a better mood for the festive mind. The table is stacked at Christmas with all sorts of good earth. Hosts take the table with great energy, and the arriving guests can bring their own delicacies that increase the number of festive dishes. We should find our self-control among the many delicacies.
The end of the dieting period can be the end of Christmas, because who is the one who would like to miss out on the finer-tasting food then? However, if you do not want the New Year to start with an extra kilo right at the beginning, then you should use the moderation method. Because the festive table is full of delicacies, it would be a punishment if we could not eat the sweets, the fineness of fattening.
The decision is in our own hands. According to the moderation method, everything can be eaten, but only to the point where we do not feel that we are about to emerge. Even before the feeling of fullness, you should stop eating, but at least you will not be left with us as a spike, that you are missing out on everything.
We can also decide to let go of the festive period, and since we have our program almost every day, we cannot miss eating. What's more, we don't want to. If we decide to let go of this period of restraint, let's do it, but let us also set aside the "crying". Do not cause any mental discomfort if we realize that we are eating again and what we eat.
The Christmas period and New Year's Eve can relax for a reason. Guests are accustomed to us, we can be invited. Eating is always part of such gatherings. If we know we're facing a big meal again, let's make ourselves up. Let's have a more relaxed meal between larger meals, or push your breakfast time out, so you can relax anyway. You do not have to taste all the sweets in your home as you don't have to finish eating at the end of the day.
Consider every day. But literally. It may be a good starting point for how to be temperamental or how you can afford it.
