There's nothing to be ashamed of when you sweat. This is nature's self-regulating solution to our body's temperature. However, it can be unpleasant if it is too visible or smelly.
Sweating is a completely natural and necessary reaction of our body. It is not the liquid itself that is emitted by the sweat glands that can be smelly, but the more unpleasant smell can be created when it comes into contact with bacteria on the skin. Few people know, but we have some influence so that it does not stink and we end up in an unpleasant situation, or bring others into it.
It is perhaps completely universally known and accepted that with regular and appropriate personal hygiene, the amount of sweating and the formation of odors can be kept under control. By cleaning, we remove both bacteria and sweat, which means we also put an end to the formation of odors.
In the summer, it is better to use antibacterial cleaning agents, because this can reduce the formation of odors.
A refreshing shower is good in the heat. If we have the opportunity, even water itself can do miracles. Not only can it eliminate odors, but it also improves our well-being. After drying, it is worth spraying yourself with a pleasant scent.
Try to keep your skin as dry as possible. This is almost impossible in very hot weather, but wearing absorbent material can help a lot.
Pay attention to fluid replacement, because sweating is very important in the heatwave, even if we consider it unpleasant. In addition, we must also be careful about what kind of food we eat. In this case, it is not only about the effect on health, but some foods have a negative effect on the smell of sweat. These include garlic, onions, highly spicy foods and alcohol.
It is worth cooling down, i.e. our nervous system, because excessive stress also affects the amount of sweating.
In this heat, not everyone has the opportunity to shower either at work or elsewhere, but it can be a good solution if we have a change of clothes. Not only can it work well for children, but it can also serve as an adult and increase the feeling of comfort if we can change into dry and clean clothes.
Sweating is useful, even though it is sometimes downright unpleasant.
