During the coronavirus epidemic, many people stayed at home because they were able to work and learn from their homes, and for others, work continued in the same way as before.
Walking into the workplace on a daily basis gave the person the opportunity to move out, but there were more people who became “addicted” to the house because of their children or for some other reason.
Not only did the work and study take place at home, but they could not move much out of it in order to control the epidemic. Some of the hairdressers, beauticians and manicurists did not undertake work for a transitional period, so the beautification had to be done in our home. We worked from what we had at home. Now that the order is starting to return to order, we can revisit the professionals whose work we love and trust, but at the same time the time of quarantine has taught us that it is possible to live without a beautician or hairdresser.
Skin care should be our need at all times, as we cannot go to a specialist every day to keep our skin clean, tight and well-groomed. We have to do it at home, and we have to do it for each season.
The heating season is over, but it can still dry out our skin, so we are always cleansing, toning and hydrating every day.
Although we were able to relax the use of makeup during our stay at home, we still need to take care of proper cleansing, removing dead epithelial cells.
Whether you’re putting together a face mask from a drugstore or homemade, natural ingredients, it’s worth using. The in-store face mask is supported by the fact that it has already been made for you, but there is nothing better than the natural one. you can use eggs, lemon, sour cream, olive oil, honey for the face mask. You can make an excellent face mask from the right ingredients for your skin type.
A lot of people spent their quarantine locked in their homes, so they no doubt spent more time in the kitchen. If this time was not spent preparing the food, it is probably eating and there may be a trace of it on the body now. It is time to change our lifestyle and pay attention to our bodies after the mandatory stay at home. Let’s switch our foods to vegetables and fruits. Leave out soft drinks and sweets. The beauty of the skin begins with what we eat.
Now we can safely venture out into the open and although rules still apply to us, we can already enjoy nature by following them. Bake in the sun, but for proper skin protection. Consume a minimum of 1.5 liters per day, but preferably 2 liters of liquid in the form of water or tea.
