How to make the wrap?
If you’ve got the urge to try out pumpkins on your skin, we’ll now help you get started. You will definitely need pumpkins. The first pack requires only two tablespoons of raw grated pumpkin. To this add 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon kefir, 1 tablespoon honey and a whole banana. Crush the banana with a fork and mix well. Apply the pasty mass on your cleansed skin, leave it on for at least a quarter of an hour, then wash off with lukewarm water.

All you need is 2t tablespoons of roasted pumpkin, to which add 20 dkg of brown sugar, 10 dkg of granulated sugar and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
