One day we’re smarter, but there are times when we get up with two balls and that’s what the whole day is about. Who wouldn't be familiar with this?
It doesn’t even have to be a two-balled day so we don’t hit ourselves, we don’t hit any part of our body into a protruding piece of furniture, anything that gets in our way. The pain can go away sooner than what such a collision can cause.
For many ladies, the blue-green spot on the arms is not at all unknown, but even more so on the legs. One punch, one pressure, and bruising in that area is enough. The blue-green speckled body parts look as if aggression is prevalent at home and the victim bears traces of it.
We are not proud of such spots, but they still show up on our bodies. Well, we want to get rid of that as soon as possible. It doesn’t matter as much in the winter as the clothes cover it, but in the spring, when the weather is getting better, in the summer, when we wear the swinging dress, we can see more from our feet. And the purple spots are on us.
The purple spot is actually a bruise that appears as a result of a stronger blow, pressure. Blood vessels rupture as a result of physical impact, which allows a small amount of blood that leaks out of it to seep into the tissues under the skin and bloom visibly in our body in the form of bruises.
Our bodies immediately begin to work to eliminate the bruising, but for many it takes up to more than a week for a stain to be absorbed. As our body breaks down the blood between the tissues, the color of the bruise changes, leaving purple as a greenish, yellowish, increasingly pale spot until it finally disappears, i.e. is absorbed.
Well, our body does a lot in eliminating bruising, it is only time consuming. However, if we do not want to see and show ourselves the stain, we need to remove it differently. Cosmetics are also a solution, but what if we called for natural ingredients that are also found in our kitchen? Vinegar is not only excellent for acidifying our food, but can also be used as a natural detergent, disinfectant, and even for faster absorption of bruises from minor accidents. All you need is a mixture of some vinegar and lukewarm water.
Dip a cotton swab in the vinegar water and wipe the bruise area. Thanks to vinegar, it removes clotted blood trapped between the tissues faster and increases blood circulation.
A sucked-up neck can show the ferocity of love, but it’s not appropriate to make it public. Of course, vinegar water can also be a solution.
