Our personal hygiene and need is reflected in how well our hair is groomed. Our hairstyle may not always be like we got out of the hands of the hairdresser, but we strive for it.
When comfort, rush and everything else advocates that there is no time, mood, opportunity to wash long hair, we very often choose to tuft, bun. Not only is it convenient, but it is also practical, but by the end of the day you can feel its difficulties. Because dawn has weight. The longer and stronger the hair, the more weight we have to carry on our heads. Maybe you haven’t even thought about what a burden this is every day. In addition to the burden, it can even cause health problems.
Headache
Nervous cells under constant stimulation can manifest as headaches or even migraines, but we don’t blame the ponytail at all for that, though it’s not impossible. By holding the hair in a permanent ponytail, we stimulate the nerves, which manifest itself in a feeling of pain in and on the head.
Neck and back
After all, when we think of neck and back pain, we don’t think it can be caused by either the braid or bun we wear all the time. Tightly connected hair mass not only affects the sensory nerves of the head, but also further, so there may be pain in the neck and shoulders.
Hair loss
The extra and then constant load cannot be borne by the hair indefinitely, so hair loss can occur in the areas where the load is greatest. Experiencing this is frightening, but the body thus indicates that there is a problem and in most cases the hair is regrowing.
Deterioration of hair quality
If we wear our hair in a ponytail too often, it can also cause the hair end to break, but it will affect the structure of the entire hair. Many people make the mistake of not alternating the braids and always tying their hair together at the same point, which sooner or later definitely causes a deterioration in the quality of the hair.
