The National Geographic's international website has listed the National Blue Tour as one of the twenty-five travel destinations most recommended for 2020.
The National Blue Tour ranks among the world's most renowned scientific journals such as the Kalahari Desert, Grossglockner-Hochalpenstrasse, Parma, Maldives, Asturias, Tasmania, Kamchatka National Park or Grand Canyon. the Hungarian Hiker Association informed MTI on Thursday.
The makers of the National Geographic's 25 list show on the magazine's website that they have compiled a list of the most attractive and sustainable tourist destinations in consultation with National Geographic Traveler's editorial board in seventeen countries and their own world-class experts.
As the Hungarian Hiking Association reminds you, a detailed, step-by-step guide to the complete National Blue Hiking Trail is available in Hungarian, English, German and Slovak, along with a number of en route sights, in the organisation's online travel guide, on the website
It is also suitable for offline navigation in the field, and its user interface follows the language of the mobile device, so even foreign tourists without a local knowledge can guide you through the National Blue Tour, said the Communique.
The National Hiking Association's professionally coordinated National Blue Tour is 1167 km long and consists of 27 sections with 152 stamp points. To date, more than 6,700 have completed this milestone, according to the union's statement.
