We canceled the trips and accommodation planned as a holiday abroad, because we saw it as right because of the coronavirus epidemic. Will we have the opportunity to vacation?
If you don't want to miss your vacation in any way, and you still have the freedom to do so, it's worth thinking about accommodation in Hungary to help Hungarian tourism. However, if all we desire is a holiday abroad, then surely we need to know a few things.
If we want to visit the Croatian coast, we can already do so, because Croatia, which is so popular among Hungarians, has already opened its borders, but this does not mean that anyone can enter the country. This can only be done by those who own real estate or a boat in Croatia and can prove that they have a valid reservation for a hotel, private accommodation or campsite. The conditions are different even after entering the country, as you can bathe and be on the beach in accordance with the health rules. This means that there can only be 15 people in the water per 100 square meters and the usual 1.5 meter distance must be kept on the shore.
Greece is also waiting for tourists, but the border will only open to travelers from 1 July. Arrivals before that will result in a 14-day quarantine, violation will result in a fine. The distance should be kept both on the beach and in the water.
Italy has been hit hard by the coronavirus. The spread of the epidemic is already slowing down and life has started this week, so hotels and restaurants are already waiting for their guests. From the beginning of June, tourists from abroad can enter Italy. However, this requires the existence of a negative coronavirus. As we have already written in the case of Greece and Croatia, the observance of the 1.5 meter distance and the application of personal hygiene rules apply equally to Italians.
If you set Cyprus as your holiday destination, we have bad news. Until 28 May, the airspace of Cyprus is closed, meaning it is not yet accommodating tourists. Although they are already working to lift the restrictions as soon as possible, it is not yet possible to know which country will be subject to what conditions for entry.
